Your personal 1:1 high intensity coaching calls with Alana (2 or 3 calls around 75 mins each, online) tune into where you're at and what the specific things are for you to shift prior to arriving in Brazil, so that you can be fully present during the 6 days.

During the Retreat

High impact activities, to bring about "Peak Experiences", which you will be guided and facilitated through. There will be a mixture of flow yoga, hiking, rock climbing (optional, highly encouraged), meditation, group sessions, 1:1 sessions and more designed to activate your Inner Wisdom.

In many ways, this is when the real work begins, so you will be supported with a second set of 1:1 personal high intensity coaching calls with Alana (2 x calls around 75 mins each, online) to facilitate your Integration & Embodiment of everything you learned & discovered. This is the part that's often missed.

"Life changing" describes the transformational work Alana does with people. With over 15 years experience in personal development, corporate roles & wilderness education, she knows exactly the right support to give to enable people to experience their own quantum leaps.
Myriam is an international yoga teacher (500-hour RYT) with nearly 10 years experience. Her approach is rooted in movement as meditation: a practice of clearing tension to reconnect with the heart, soul, joy, and pleasure. Her classes are an invitation to experience fluidity and freedom, blending Prana Vinyasa with dance-like flows, empowerment, and spirituality.
Charli is an International Retreat and former Superyacht Chef with over a decade of experience cooking around the world. Her plant-forward, seasonal cuisine celebrates wholefoods and local produce, creating beautiful, nourishing meals that ground, energise and gently support the natural rhythm of the Retreat experience.

USD2,245 (billed as AUD3,201) instalment 1 due 24 March 2026.

USD2,245 (billed as AUD3,201) instalment 2 (final balance) due 21 April 2026.

Cancellations by Participant:

Before 24 March 2026:

Deposit is non-refundable.

If needing to cancel before 24 March 2026 the amount can be rolled forward to future event/retreat.

24 March - 21 April 2026:

Payments already made (including instalment 1) are 50% refundable, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

After 21 April 2026:

All payments are 100% non-refundable, as all experiences and logistics are fully committed at this point.

Transferring your Booking:

Bookings may be transferred to another participant up to 21 April 2026, pending approval.

If a replacement is found, all payments can be transferred to them.

Participant is responsible for arranging the replacement.

Cancellations by Organiser:

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by the Organiser, all payments including the deposit will be refunded in full.

The Organiser is not responsible for participant travel costs, flights, visas, or personal expenses.

Travel Insurance:

Participants are strongly encouraged to take out comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, unexpected illness/injury, and travel interruption.

FAQs
Q: I've never been to Brazil before, will I be safe? A: Brazil, like any country, has its hot spots. I've been here (on and off) since July 2024, in Rio & throughout, and never experienced any problems. Q: What physical ability level is required for the Retreat? A: Most people will easily be able to participate in all activities. If you have something specific, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you! Q: I’ve never rock climbed before, can I do it? A: The climb we highly encourage you to do is an introductory "slab" climb, while there is equipment involved, it's safe and an excellent experience in TRUST. Q: What can I expect while staying on the Fazenda (aka Farm)? A: This is a working hobby farm, there are animals (chickens, other birds, cows, horses, sheep, native frogs and more). If you don't want to interact with the animals, you don't have to! Q: Are there bugs/mosquitos on the Fazenda (aka Farm)? A: I know how annoying they can be! During sunrise and sunset, there can be some. We will provide natural spray from a local plant spa in your room. Q: Is there WiFi & mobile/cell reception on the Fazenda (aka Farm)? A: There is fibre optic, unlimited WiFi, I personally run all my video calls from it. Occasionally there can be a power outage, which means no WiFi until it comes back on. There is VERY limited cell reception, if you need an One Time Password SMS, you can walk up the hill for mobile signal and receive it. You will not have cell reception in your room. Q: What time can I arrive on the first day, 19 May 2026? A: From 3:00pm onwards, there will be an opening ceremony on the first evening. If your flight arrives earlier, of course there is flexibility - just let us know your plans. Q: Where in Cachoeiras de Macacu is the Retreat held, so I give my Uber / driver the correct address? A: We will give you the exact pin and GPS co-ordinates. Q: We are a couple, can we attend and have a King Bed? A: Absolutely, just let me (Alana) know and we can make the arrangements for you both. Q: Can I drink Alcohol on the Retreat? A: No, this is an Alcohol-Free experience.
