Focused on what I know as "Emotional Product Design", this 12 week program is for experienced Product Owners who wish to further their skills to the next level.

Going beyond traditional Product Design and the role of the Product Owner, we tap into the emotional intelligence in creation and also upskill in you being able to create the conditions for innovation amongst your tech delivery teams.

I will explore with you the insights and golden nuggets I have received through my 10+ year career in Financial Services, where I honed my craft across many product iterations. We cover experiences from within corporates and also the start up environment, as I have experienced in the whole of my life.

This program is held in fortnightly group workshops across 12 weeks with a sprinkling of high intensity 1:1 coaching conversations at pivotal points.
